The Governor test stand supports dynamic parameter configuration for speed, pressure, shutdown protection signals, and other critical governor testing requirements. It enables comprehensive testing, including:
1. Run-in Test: Conducted at speeds specified in the governor's Technical Service Procedure (TSP).
2. Pneumatic/AC/DC Motor Speed Setting: Calibration trials for pneumatic and motor-driven speed adjustment systems.
3. Speed Range Calibration: Configures maximum and minimum speed limits tailored to specific governor models.
4. Static Performance Test: Simulates diesel engine no-load conditions to measure static fluctuation rate and droop.
5. Step Speed Change Test: Tests sudden speed increases/decreases, recording transient response and stabilization time.
6. Load Variation Test: Simulates abrupt load application/rejection on diesel engines, evaluating speed deviation and recovery time.
7. Droop Adjustment: Sets governor droop during simulated load-change scenarios.
8. Oil Pressure/Temperature Monitoring: Real-time measurement and display of operating oil pressure and temperature.
